8 days Agadir to desert

At the start of our 8-day Agadir to Merzouga desert tour, we will greet you at Agadir airport in the morning and escort you to your accommodation for a well-deserved rest after your flight.

Our tour guide will commence the tour in Agadir, where you will get a chance to explore the city’s landmarks. Following this, we will visit Souk el Had, the bustling marketplace of the city, and indulge in some delicious seafood at a nearby restaurant. We will then proceed to the yacht harbor (Marina) and stroll along the beautiful beach. The day will end with a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.

Our journey will commence with a drive from Agadir to Taroudante, a charming walled medina. Continuing further, we will reach Taliouine, renowned for its rich saffron culture. Next, we will head to Taznakht, a Berber village known for its exquisite handmade carpets. Finally, we will continue our journey towards Zagora and spend the night at our destination.

After visiting the palm grove, we will depart for Merzouga desert, crossing the vast Hamada desert and making a stop at the old Sijilmassa of Rissani on the way.

From there, we will continue our journey to Merzouga desert. As the sun sets, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a mesmerizing camel ride on the sand dunes, followed by a delightful dinner around the campfire. Spend a magical night under the stars in the camp, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the camp, we will embark on a camel ride to reach the base of the dunes, followed by a thrilling expedition to explore the desert landscape of Merzouga. We will then discover the fascinating engravings of Taouz and make a stop to visit the tents of Berber nomads.

Afterward, we will proceed to the town of Khamlia, where you can relish a captivating show of Gnaoua music. Following lunch, we will return to the Erg Chebbi dunes camp by camel for a comfortable stay.

In the evening, we will head back to Merzouga town to enjoy a delicious dinner and a relaxing overnight stay at our hotel.

Leaving behind the mesmerizing beauty of Merzouga’s Sahara, we will embark on a journey to the Dades Gorges, where we will spend a memorable night with the locals. En route, we will visit the charming towns of Rissani and Erfoud.

Upon reaching the Todra Gorges, we will indulge in a delectable lunch and marvel at the enchanting beauty of the cliffs. Get ready to be mesmerized by the breathtaking landscapes and the warm hospitality of the locals as we continue to explore the wonders of Morocco.

As the sun rises, we will embark on a journey towards the charming town of Ouarzazate, where we will discover its rich history by visiting some of its prominent landmarks. Our next stop will be at Skoura, where we will explore the majestic Kasbah of Amredil with the help of a local guide.

We will continue our journey and visit the magnificent Kasbah of Taourirt before heading towards Ait ben Haddou, where we will spend the night. Get ready to be amazed by the stunning architecture and fascinating history of these incredible structures.

As we journey through the scenic High Atlas Mountains, we will make our way towards the vibrant city of Marrakech, marking the end of our unforgettable 8-day Agadir to desert tour.
