4 Days desert Tour From Marrakech

After picking you up from the hotel at 8:00 am, we will embark on a journey towards the city of Ouarzazate, passing through the charming villages of Touama and Ait Berka. As we ascend the High Atlas chain, you will be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of Berber villages, verdant valleys, and crystal-clear water sources. Once we reach the summit, we will begin to descend towards the village of Telouat, where we will visit the impressive Telouat Kasbah. From there, we will continue on to the historic village of Ait Ben Haddou to explore its ancient Kasbah.

After immersing ourselves in the history and culture of Ait Ben Haddou, we will continue our journey towards the Dades Gorges, passing through the picturesque Skoura palm grove and the stunning Dades Valley. As the evening sets in, we will check into our hotel in Dades to rest and rejuvenate for the next leg of our adventure.

On the second day of our delightful trip from Marrakech to the desert, we will continue our exploration of southeastern Morocco, passing through the Berber village of Boumalne, which served as the center of government for this region, before visiting the Jewish town of Tinghir.

Our main destination will be the breathtaking Todra Gorges, followed by the majestic Sahara dunes of Merzouga. After enjoying a delicious lunch amidst the stunning scenery of the Todra Gorges, your driver guide will take you to Merzouga, passing through the village of Tinjdad and the town of Erfoud, which is known for the lush oasis of Tafilalat.

Upon arrival in Merzouga, you will join a camel caravan that will take you on a journey through the sand dunes to spend the night in a nomadic tent camp. You will marvel at the sunset over the dunes, as well as the enchanting starry sky of the Sahara.

We will depart from the Merzouga desert and follow a different path towards the city of Ouarzazate, passing through the town of Rissani, a former commercial center for caravans from Africa. We will then pass through the towns of Alnif and Tazzarine, with their beautiful Acacia trees lining the road. Our lunch stop will be at a kasbah in the Berber village of Nkob. After lunch, we will continue our journey towards Agdez and then on to Ouarzazate, where we will spend the night.

Our local guide will take us to explore the Taourirt Kasbah, a fortified palace that was once the residence of the Glaoui family. Afterward, we will visit the largest movie studios in Africa and discover some of the famous movies that were filmed there.

Next, we will continue our journey back to Marrakech, passing through the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains. We will have several stops along the way to enjoy the stunning views of the valleys, mountains, and Berber villages.
